Baked Potato Soup Recipe

(6-8 servings)
Ingredients Needed:
1 jar of Three Bean Chili Mix
10 cups of water (or broth)
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
Optional: 1 lb ground beef or turkey, cooked and drained
On The Stove
Instructions:
In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water (or a mix of water and milk) to a gentle boil.
Whisk in the entire Baked Potato Soup Mix jar contents.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick and creamy.
Stir in butter if using. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot, topped with bacon, cheese, and green onions if desired.
Insta Pot
Instructions:
Add 4 cups of water (or a mix of water and milk) to the Instant Pot.
Whisk in the entire Baked Potato Soup Mix.
Set to Sauté mode and cook, stirring occasionally, until soup thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
Stir in butter if using, then serve hot with toppings.
Slow Cooker
Instructions:
Add 4 cups of water (or a mix of water and milk) to the slow cooker.
Stir in the entire jar of Baked Potato Soup Mix.
Cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Stir in butter (if using), then serve hot with toppings.
