Baked Potato Soup Recipe




(6-8 servings)


Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 jar of Three Bean Chili Mix

  • 10 cups of water (or broth)

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

  • Optional: 1 lb ground beef or turkey, cooked and drained


On The Stove

Instructions:

  • In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water (or a mix of water and milk) to a gentle boil.

  • Whisk in the entire Baked Potato Soup Mix jar contents.

  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick and creamy.

  • Stir in butter if using. Adjust seasoning if needed.

  • Serve hot, topped with bacon, cheese, and green onions if desired.


Insta Pot

Instructions:

  • Add 4 cups of water (or a mix of water and milk) to the Instant Pot.

  • Whisk in the entire Baked Potato Soup Mix.

  • Set to Sauté mode and cook, stirring occasionally, until soup thickens (about 5-7 minutes).

  • Stir in butter if using, then serve hot with toppings.


Slow Cooker

Instructions:

  • Add 4 cups of water (or a mix of water and milk) to the slow cooker.

  • Stir in the entire jar of Baked Potato Soup Mix.

  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

  • Stir in butter (if using), then serve hot with toppings.
