Customer Care

  • Our team is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service.

  • All orders must be placed 2-3 days before pickup date, to be sure that S&S team members have enough time to prepare your order.

  • Orders are processed within 3-5  business days, and you will receive confirmation upon placement.

  • If you have concerns about an order, please contact us at 1fromscratchandsoil@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or modify products and services at any time.

  • We offer local delivery in Morgan Hill, San Jose, and Gilroy.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Delays due to shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • If no one is available at delivery, the order may be left in a safe place or rescheduled (fees may apply).

Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable items (e.g., fresh food, dairy, baked goods) are non-returnable due to food safety regulations.

  • If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

  • Non-perishable items may be returned within 5 days if unopened and in original condition.

  • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after approval.

  • We collect only necessary personal information to process orders and improve our services.

  • Your data will never be sold or shared without consent, except as required by law.
